Hopefully I can sell you that my pictures of flames are more of color than of light. I also I wish I had more time to play with the torch because these could probably be a lot better.
I also have a few picture of some beads, but to get the color out I had to shine light from underneath...

I love love love the 4th picture of the flame. I really like that it's kind of haloed by the reflection and that you can't really see anything else but the flame. I might have to ask to borrow this for some photoshop fun! AWESOME job!
Great shots of the torch. I applaud you for such an original idea.
